Returns & Refund Policy

Returns and refund policy:


There are 2 cases wherein Dubai-Pet-Products.com will refund your order:

Package unopened

If you receive the wrong package, please contact us by email within the next 2 days.
You will receive the correct package in 48h or will be refunded, as you wish.


Package opened

. If you open the package and find item/s is broken or not in working order, the product's brand warranty will apply and your product will be replaced or refunded, as you wish.

. If you received the wrong package but opened it, you have 2 days from the day you received your order to contact-us, we will arrange the replacement of the item. After this delay, we won't be able to refund you or to exchange the item as this is the customers's responsability when buying an item to check if this is the correct one before opening it.

As we do not sell second hand items, an opened product is a product that we won't be able to sell again and therefore we will not accept any refund or exchange for an opened product, except if the mentionned product is not in working condition and if we are contacted in the 2 days following the delivery of the item.



Other information:

- Dubai-Pet-Products.com will not refund your order if your item/s are already opened or have already been used for more than 2 days.

- Dubai-Pet-Products.com will not refund your order if you cancel your order while it is already on route to delivery.

- Dubai-Pet-Products.com will refund your order if the delivery delay exceeds 1 week.
